<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">el Real Decreto 99/2011, de 28 de enero, por el que se regulan <strong><span style="color: #ba372a;">las enseñanzas oficiales de doctorado</span></strong>;</span></li>

<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">el Real Decreto 1002/2010, de 5 de agosto, sobre <strong><span style="color: #ba372a;">expedición de títulos universitarios oficiales</span></strong>; y</span></li>

<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">el Real Decreto 641/2021, de 27 de julio, por el que se regula<strong><span style="color: #ba372a;"> la concesión directa de subvenciones a universidades públicas españolas</span></strong> para la modernización y digitalización del sistema universitario español en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia.</span></li>
