sindical de CGT agradecemos la participación y el voto
favorable del PTGAS en la consulta sobre el acuerdo
retributivo que compensa el capítulo social del pacto anulado
por el Tribunal Supremo.</strong></strong></p>
<p><strong style="font-weight: normal;"><strong style="font-weight:
normal;">Agradecemos al personal que mantiene y gestiona
ATENEA, una aplicación propia de la universidad, por el
compromiso y la rapidez con la que Estefanía y Luis pusieron
en marcha la votación. Hubiera sido imposible con recursos
ajenos y subcontratando el servicio, modelo que se defiende
desde algunos sectores de fuera pero desgraciadamente también
desde dentro de la universidad.<br>

<p><strong style="font-weight: normal;"><strong style="font-weight:
normal;">Así mismo tomamos nota del 11% de las compañeras y
compañeros que votaron en contra porque en su opinión el
acuerdo no es bueno. La ventaja de este acuerdo es que la
mayor parte va a conceptos justificables, sin topes, sin la
rigidez del actual título de acción social del Pacto, y sin
los problemas legales que a la larga ha ocasionado. Vamos a
trabajar por mejorarlo los próximos años.</strong></strong></p>
<p><strong style="font-weight: normal;"><strong style="font-weight:
normal;">Como prometimos estaremos vigilantes en este y en
todos los derechos que el PAS ha visto mermados
comparativamente con el personal de otras administraciones.
Seguramente a partir de ahora, con los resultados electorales
de ayer domingo en Aragón, el equipo rectoral lo va a tener
más difícil. Quien luche por obtener los mejores recursos
para la universidad y la educación pública en Aragón nos
tendrá siempre a su lado, pero esos recursos deben utilizarse
en ese bien, y en el de todos los miembros de la comunidad
universitaria porque los servicios funcionan gracias a todos.<br>
