Asimismo, podrá desarrollar su carrera profesional, mediante el ascenso en la estructura de puestos de trabajo, atendiendo a la valoración de sus méritos, su grado de especialización y las aptitudes por razón de la especificidad de la función que desempeña y la experiencia adquirida.</span></p>

Antes del 31 de diciembre de 2024 y conforme a lo establecido por la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, las universidades públicas deberán articular procesos de estabilización de las plazas de su personal técnico, de gestión y de administración y servicios. El sistema de selección en estos procesos será el de concurso o concurso-oposición garantizando los principios de igualdad, mérito, capacidad, publicidad y concurrencia. Estas plazas no computarán en la tasa de reposición de efectivos.</span></p>
<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">No obstante,<span> </span></span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">CSIF rechaza los recortes al peso del PAS y del PDI no permanente en el Claustro.</span></strong><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"><span> </span>Aumenta la representación de los estudiantes a costa de estos dos colectivos (tendrán que repartirse un escaso 24%) que vuelven a ser nuevamente maltratados en la LOSU. Sin embargo, al final, hemos conseguido<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">recuperar el representante del PAS en los Consejos Sociales</strong><span> </span>de las universidades.</span></p>
