Se ha abierto recientemente la convocatoria “Junior Leader” de la Fundación
La Caixa. Este programa está destinado a la contratación de investigadores
postdoctorales, de cualquier nacionalidad que deseen continuar su carrera
investigadora en España y Portugal, en las áreas de las ciencias de la salud
y de la vida, la tecnología, la física, la química, la ingeniería y las
matemáticas, ofreciéndoles un entorno atractivo y competitivo en el que
realizar una investigación de excelencia.

El programa de becas "Junior Leader" se divide en dos modalidades:

 

1.	Junior Leader Incoming: 

 

*20 becas para desarrollar un proyecto de investigación posdoctoral en
centros españoles de excelencia con las acreditaciones Severo Ochoa, María
de Maeztu o del Instituto de Salud Carlos III.

 

*Elegibilidad: los candidatos no pueden haber residido ni haber llevado a
cabo su actividad principal (trabajo, estudios, etc.) en España durante más
de 12 meses en los tres años inmediatamente anteriores a fecha de cierre de
convocatoria.

 

2.	Junior Leader Retaining: 

 

                *20 becas para desarrollar un proyecto de investigación
posdoctoral en cualquier universidad o centro de investigación español. 

 

        *Elegibilidad: Candidatos que hayan residido o realizado su
actividad principal en España por más de 12 meses en los últimos 3 años
inmediatamente anteriores a fecha de cierre de convocatoria.

 

Para ambas modalidades:

 

•             Experiencia: Haber obtenido el título de doctor entre los dos
y siete años anteriores al cierre de la convocatoria.

•             Duración: 3 años

•             Financiación: Incluye un salario competitivo, gastos de
investigación y formación integral en habilidades transferibles… . 

•             Cierre: 23 de Septiembre de 2026

Dear Researchers,

 

The "la Caixa" Foundation has just launched its "Junior Leader" fellowship
program. This initiative is designed to recruit postdoctoral researchers of
any nationality who wish to advance their careers in Spain or Portugal.

 

The program targets the fields of health and life sciences, technology,
physics, chemistry, engineering, and mathematics, offering a highly
