<p>Refreshing the basic rules of the list, <u>only two messages per
week</u> are allowed (3 may be OK occasionally, or when there is
not much traffic); this self-regulation is important to maintain
coherent sessions. Messages should be closer to mini-essays,
scholarly conceived. Strong deviations of the main theme or
introducing an alien topic during an ongoing discussion-session
are unwelcome. The server <u>does not accept attachments</u>
either (besides they are scrubbed in the list archives),
alternative links should be provided. Overall, the maximum <u>message
body accepted is 300K</u>. And finally, when <u>too many mail
addresses </u>are accompanying the fis address, the server says
no ("too many recipients of the message). <br>
