opportunity to present research results to ITHEA scientific reviewers and to
discuss their work in warm friendly atmosphere.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4>PhD student may obtain constructive advices about fundamental
research, relating investigated topic. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4>It will allow improving PhD research ground to adopt it for
collaboration with modern tools’ and environments’ variety.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4>To participate at doctoral consortium event PhD student
prepares paper, reflecting main results of PhD work. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4>It should be from 8 to 10 A4 pages. Rules for preparing paper
manuscript are the same as preparing papers to ITA 2019 ( <A
href="http://www.ithea.org/conferences/ithea_doc_template.doc">http://www.ithea.org/conferences/ithea_doc_template.doc</A>
).</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4>Manuscript should be submitted 60 days before staring of ITA
2019.<FONT size=4> </FONT></FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=4>PhD student has to present his work at ISSI for 30 minutes.
</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4>After that, the constructive notes from the reviewers will be
discussed.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4>Author will obtain a certificate about approbation of his
work.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4>The manuscript refined according reviewers remarks, will be
published in ITHEA International Journals. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4>Reviewers that participate at Doctoral consortium will receive
a certificate for consideration of scientific work.</FONT></DIV>
