> - Project: The objective of the research is to apply the symbolic and empathic possibilities of literature in the mediation and management of everyday conflicts, as well as in the promotion of peaceful coexistence in communities. Starting from the harmonization of theoretical developments of disciplines such as hermeneutics and aesthetics of reception, the everyday ethics of the good life and argumentation, the project seeks to advance in the consolidation of a model that allows operationalizing the capacity of literature to mobilize emotions in social dialogue facilitation scenarios. 
> - Objective of the research internship: Provide support as a research assistant to the project “Literature for social dialogue: applications of literary mediation in the collective construction of the good life”. 
>  1.Support the theoretical and state-of-the-art research work that guides the project.
>  2. Support the systematization of the information collected in the model implementation testing phases. 
>  3. Support the writing of new knowledge products derived from research. 
>  4. Support participation in dissemination scenarios of the formulation and results of the research. 
>  5. Support the identification and mapping of entities for relationship efforts linked to the financing and implementation of the model.

> Required Qualifications: Child Psychology or related fields. pedagogical methodologies (eg. Waldorf, Montessori, etc), experience in teaching children with learning difficulties.

> - Support of the educational activities of the Program ( specially for children in peripheral neighborhoods) with a focus on educational innovation, STEAM projects, artistic-educational projects, etc.
> - Develop new material and activities for interactive learning, with special focus on children with learning difficulties.
> - Possibility of developing holiday workshops for children and workshops for adults.
> - Develop small projects to improve the conditions of the centres ( such as management of activity spaces and specially libraries).
> - Support in the theme of "Sustainable schools" ( focused on environmental and agroecological themes, with activities like urban gardens, etc.).
> - Strengthen and promote alliances with external partners (educational units, municipal actors, teachers, etc) to sensitize/involve on issues of human development and education.
