*EVALUACIÓN ANUAL*
*Las Comisiones Académicas deben proceder a realizar la evaluación 
*(cada una habrá comunicado a sus doctorandos y doctorandas** los 
detalles de la misma). Asimismo, en las sedes de los programas _se 
introducirán las calificaciones en SIGMA antes del 8 de julio._ A 
continuación, en la Sección administrativa de la EDUZ cerrarán las actas 
y las enviarán a la _firma de las personas coordinadoras_ y de la 
Secretaria de la EDUZ, _acabando el plazo para esto el día 11 de julio._ 
Los doctorandos y doctorandas tendrán que consultar su calificación en 
su expediente en SIGMA. Las evaluaciones negativas se comunicarán a los 
doctorandos/as y a sus directores/as y tutores/as, teniendo 6 meses para 
volver a ser evaluados. *_IMPORTANTE_*: en caso de recibir _evaluación 
negativa por segunda vez consecutiva_, se causará baja definitiva en el 
programa

students). Likewise, the _marks will be entered into SIGMA _at the 
programme sites _before 8 July. Afterwards_, the administrative section 
of the EDUZ will close the reports and send them to the _coordinators 
_and the Secretary of the EDUZ for _signature_, _the deadline for this 
being 11 July._ Doctoral students will have to consult their marks in 
their SIGMA file. Negative evaluations will be communicated to the 
doctoral students and their directors and tutors, and they will have 6 
months to be evaluated again. *_IMPORTANT_*: in the event of receiving 
_a negative evaluation for the second consecutive time_, the student 
will be permanently withdrawn from the programme
